What are the documents required for No Objection Certificate ( NOC) for vehicle transfer ?
Following are the documents required for Noc.
- Application on Form 28
- Original RC
- Upto date payment of Road tax
- Valid insurance
- Crime Report of N.C.R.B
- Copy of address proof

What is the process for transferring a vehicle(car/bike) from one state to another ?
While transferring a vehicle (car/bike) from one state to another , first NOC is required from the RTO where vehicle is registered .
To register the vehicle in the RTO of transferred state one will have to pay the road tax other than submitting NOC , RC ,Insurance and address proof.
No , legally its not permitted.
It varies from state to state . Normally it is in the range of 10% of vehicle value.
