Driving License is two stage process .First stage of it is applying for Learner Driving License . On the submission of requisite form along with supporting documents , applicant will have to undergo through theortical test . If He/she clears the test , Learner Driving License will be issued . After one month of getting Learner Driving License , one can apply for Permanent Driving License .
